High Season : May 1 - October 31

RATES DAILY
1-2 people $ 105
3-4 people $ 120
$20 additional per night for Lakeview units

Low season : November 1 - April 30
Call for condominium availability and Rates

Deposit Requirements
Single Unit reservations: Credit Card
Multiple Unit and Week Reservations: Credit Card plus 
one night payment in advance per unit reserved


Cancellation Policy
 There is no refund for reservations outside the following policy.
1-3 night stays: 72 hour minimum prior notice
4 day plus stays: two week minimum prior notice
Multiple unit Reservations require a minimum 30 day prior notice
There is a 10% charge on cancellations.

If upon arriving, you have to cut your trip short for any reason,
 there is a 50% charge for each night canceled. We need at least 48 hours advance notice
 for the refund policy to become effective. If we are able to resell those
days on short notice to someone else, we will be glad
to refund you the full amount.
